    The band sets the price, not the colour. Each upholstery option covers one or two Arketipo price categories and is priced at the higher of the two. Once you order, we'll go through Arketipo's fabrics and leathers in your band with you and confirm your exact choice before production starts. If you choose one from the lower-priced category, we refund the difference. Pelle B and Pelle Leonardo leathers are available on request.

    About the design

    Exploration has captured Mauro Lipparini for some time, and its in exploration where, Milky Way Dream evokes the best of design and comfort, because only by exploring do we find our true new dimensions of comfort and where design transcends the ordinary. This is what Mauro Lipparini discovered with Milky Way Dream. It’s a celestial embrace of form and comfort, where the expansive, airy headboard floats like a galaxy in motion. Its rounded contours echo the softness of the night, a tribute to serenity, to drifting beyond the limits of the ordinary. Every detail is an invitation: to sink in, to escape, to dream among the stars. The cosmos never stops expanding. Neither does the imagination.

    Materials & specification

    • Structure: wood. Slatted base.
    • Frame upholstery: multi-density expanded polyurethane (T40 + T30) covered with resin lining 100gr coupled with cotton and synthetic lining 3mm.
    • Headboard upholstery: expanded polyurethane T30N covered with resin lining 150gr.
    • Heights: 17 cm (slatted base); 30 cm (bed frame). The headboard is available in two heights: 89 cm and 104 cm.
    • Feet: Bed: plastic h.3 cm (headboard), h. 16 cm (slatted base). Bench: micaceous brown varnished metal or black nickel, h. 5 cm The headboard of some beds (indicated by specific drawings) can be assembled off-centre, protruding to the right or to the left by intervals of 35 cm. Please specify the required headboard position when placing the order. The slatted base can be assembled at two heights from the floor: • 17 cm - recommended for mattresses between 20 and 25 cm high • 8 cm - ideal for higher mattresses, up to 34 cm. Please specify the required slatted base position when placing the order, so that the correct feet will be supplied. The covers of the quilted headboard and of the bench are not removable.

    Delivery & returns

    Made to order. Each Arketipo piece is made in Florence to your chosen configuration and upholstery. Delivery is approximately 7 weeks from order confirmation. Our team will contact you to arrange a date.

    UK mainland delivery only.

    Cancellations and returns. Because made-to-order pieces are made to your specification, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
