Buying made to order
Every piece is built for you by the maker. Here is what to expect from order to delivery.
How long does a made-to-order piece take?
Each maker has its own lead time, shown on every product page (Arketipo Firenze is approximately 7 weeks from order confirmation). We contact you to arrange delivery once your piece is ready.
How do I choose a fabric or leather?
Online you choose the upholstery category, which sets the price. After you order we go through the maker's fabrics and leathers in that category with you and confirm your exact choice before production starts.
Can I cancel or return a made-to-order piece?
Because each piece is made to your specification, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Will it fit through my door?
Most sofas are delivered in sections. Send us your access measurements before you order and we'll check with the maker.
Not sure which size or fabric?
Send us your room measurements and we'll suggest configurations, free of charge. We confirm every fabric and finish with you before production starts.
