The band sets the price, not the colour. Each upholstery option covers one or two Arketipo price categories and is priced at the higher of the two. Once you order, we'll go through Arketipo's fabrics and leathers in your band with you and confirm your exact choice before production starts. If you choose one from the lower-priced category, we refund the difference. Pelle B and Pelle Leonardo leathers are available on request.

    About the design

What happens when we stop searching for comfort but something different? Bodyguard wants you to feel more than comfortable, it wants you to feel like everything will be just fine. It’s not always about comfort. Comfort is too easy. It’s thrown around too much. But what if there was something that went beyond comfort? A long day finished in your place, your spot, a moment to gather your thoughts and emotions. It’s safe, it’s yours. Bodyguard is our ode to those moments. A way to relax with informality and freedom of form. Knowing that the imprecise can be, precise. Because how we all relax is personal, it’s an understanding and here, with Bodyguard it's about capturing that feeling. That welcoming sensation which says, “you’re doing ok”. We don’t believe a sofa is just furniture, it’s a sanctuary: an experience that evolves with you. To offer full personalization of your relaxing moments, Bodyguard comes in two backrest configurations: the full backrest version, providing uniform and enveloping support, and the split-back version, named Zen, designed for those seeking an even more tailored comfort experience. Each choice reflects your idea of relaxation, creating a space that perfectly adapts to your needs for the utmost well-being. Bodyguard’s cushions are in motion, a seat that shifts like a second skin, wrapping around you with effortless softness. Every armrest, every element is designed to move, to adapt, to provide a relaxation that feels as natural as breathing. It is casual, deconstructed, yet unwavering in its comfort, because true relaxation isn’t rigid, it’s fluid. “You’re in my arms.” That is Bodyguard.

I bought a very nice sofa for an even better price in the TFU design shop. Lovely place to nose around. The guys are super friendly and helpful. They have a very good feeling for style and design. I trust them to refurbish/ decorate my house if I put it up for sale or rental.
